Updates From The Farm

The Simone Family of Golden Acres Farms would like to thank our customers for allowing us to be flexible in this time to make changes that have become necessary.  We have always had a place where people can slow down and 'smell the flowers'.

The times are different and difficult now, however, through all of the challenges of today, we must have hope.We have hope that we will open our gate wide one day and you can wander through our greenhouses and connect with friends, neighbors, and create new friends.  But for now, please help us help you to get your plants for your gardens.

Thank you to all our Customers!!

We are grateful for a good season, and as of June 30th,2020 are now closed for the year!

We look forward to seeing all of you next year on April 1st, 2021!  (P.S. We have succeeded in convincing Deb to continue to keep taking credit cards!)

Please stay safe and healthy.

Who We Are

Our Covid-19 Set-Up

We are open with limited capacity of 25 masked people at a time.

We are also taking phone orders and doing curbside pick up, when requested, so we can all stay safe during the Covid-19 outbreak.

This is subject to change as we all adapt to quarantine changes.

Small, family-run farm. Very helpful and kind folks, who take care of their customers and the community. Definitely visit them for your flower and vegetable gardens!

Love the place and the people that own it. The only place I buy my vegetable plants and flowers! Deb and Mickey can answer any question you have too!

A Little Taste of Behind the Scenes

For Those Who Don't Know

Here at The Farm we grow most everything we carry from seed, the old fashioned way, by hand.

We do NOT use Miracle Grow, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or growth retardant!

Instead we have had great success using Ivory Liquid Dish Soap, yellow sticky cards, and Peters Fertilizer!
